2010 Resolutions Update

I'm proud to say that I have been keeping at the exercise bit. Determination and a nice evening breeze really make a difference to the sessions.

So here's a short log to track my progress so far:

24 Jan - 2.0km
28 Jan - 2.0km
31 Jan - 2.6km
7 Feb - 2.6km
