Actually I was simply aiming for the goodie bag. Seriously, which female will welcome her period every month?
I mean, I understand how the marketing folks from Whisper are trying to create positive branding for themselves by changing the unpleasant perceptions of menstruation. But what's the point? Sanitary pads are a necessity, so it's not as if such a general campaign will change one's quantity of usage. And if XYZ brand's product really sucks, no amount of marketing will save it.
Anyway, what I really wanted to say is, the goodie bag was fantastic! Granted that the products were from P&G, it was still a great giveaway. I had two packs of four Whisper Ultra-Slims, a trial size tube of Olay Total Effects, a Gillette Venus shaver with additional cartridges, two trial size bottles of Clairol Herbal Essences Conditioner, a travel pack of Pringles potato chips, a cute notepad and tissue paper.
Nice right?
It is very Jap! :)
